寒さが日に日に増していますが、そんな時に恋しくなるのが温かい鍋料理ではないでしょうか。冬はご自宅でも鍋料理を楽しむことがあると思います。

当店では、季節ごとに季節のおすすめメニューをご提供しているのですが、本日はその中から温かい鍋料理をご紹介いたします。

旨味がとけこんだ白湯スープをご堪能ください

濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋／890円（税抜）

温かい鍋料理一品目は、素材の旨味がたっぷり染み出した「濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋」です。たっぷり入った野菜や肉などの具材を味わってから、お好きな〆（雑炊・ラーメン・うどん）をご堪能ください。

続いてご紹介するのは、こちらの「炙り鴨のセリ鍋」です。セリは七草粥でも使われ、鍋料理では肉の臭みを消してくれるのだとか！シャキシャキとした食感のセリと炙り鴨をお楽しみください。体が温まる一品です。

本日は鍋料理をおすすめしましたが、いかがでしたでしょうか。季節のおすすめメニューには、このほかに旬の寒鰤を使った「大分郷土料理　寒ブリのりゅうきゅう/990円（税抜）」や、ついつい箸がのびる「やみつき　ごぼう天ぷら　唐辛子塩/490円（税抜）」もご用意しております。ぜひお試しください。

We have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all-you-can-drink. We are especially proud of our shochu selection.
