It is now mid-December, how is everyone doing? I am sure that many of you are busy with work until the end of the year. If you need a break and want to take a rest, why don't you come to "Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho" and have a drink while savoring creative Japanese cuisine? Today, we would like to introduce a dish using our recommended "Oyama Duck".
 

Enjoy our carefully grilled skewers!

Daisen-dori chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with salt and wasabi / 539 yen (tax included)
First of all, we would like to introduce one of our signature seared dishes, the grilled skewer. We offer a variety of skewers using Tottori's local chicken, "Oyama-dori," and this is the "Oyama-dori Chicken Toro Meat Skewer with Salt and Wasabi" which is very satisfying. Please enjoy it with wasabi, which enhances the flavor of the Oyama chicken, to your liking. It is an excellent dish that will make you drink more sake.
