当店は、季節ごとに旬の食材が楽しめる料理が登場します。本日は、季節のおすすめメニューからいくつかのメニューをご紹介いたします。

秋に旬を迎える茄子

熊本県産　ヒゴムラサキ使用　肉味噌焼き茄子／605円（税込）

茄子は夏野菜といわれていますが、こちらは、年に2回（2月～６月、9月～11月）収穫が行われる「ヒゴムラサキ」を使用した逸品です。ヒゴムラサキは、生食もできるほど皮や果肉が柔らかく、とてもジューシーです。そんなヒゴムラサキに、甘辛の肉味噌をたっぷりと乗せました。お酒が進む逸品です。ぜひご賞味ください。

戻り鰹のお造り／979円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、日本酒や焼酎のお供にぴったりの海鮮料理「戻り鰹のお造り」です。脂がよく乗った戻り鰹をサッと軽く炙りました。噛めば噛むほど炙ったことで閉じ込められていた旨味が口の中に広がります。もっちりとした食感を楽しみながらお召し上がりください。
