本日は、お酒との相性抜群の肉料理をご紹介いたします。

希少部位「牛ミスジ」に舌鼓

特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～／1,529円（税込）

はじめにご紹介するのは、食べごたえのある「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」です。一頭の牛からわずかしかとれないミスジは希少部位です。サシがほどよく入り、やわらかくジューシー！ビールやワインをはじめとしたお酒のお供におすすめです。ぜひご賞味ください。嚙めば嚙むほど旨味たっぷりの肉汁が口の中に広がります。

サクッと仕上がった揚げ物も！

若鶏の竜田揚げ／759円（税込）

炙りで楽しむ肉料理もいいですが、サクッと揚がった肉料理もおすすめです。こちらは、表面はサクッと中はジューシーな「若鶏の竜田揚げ」です。ぷりっと食べごたえのある若鶏をお楽しみください。一つ、もう一つと箸が伸びる方は少なくないはず。
