秋といえば思い浮かべる食材はありますか?皆さんさまざまな秋の食材を思い浮かべていると思いますが、当店では、「秋刀魚の竜田揚げ なめ茸おろし」をご用意しています。旬の秋刀魚は脂のりがよく、食べごたえがあります。そんな旬の秋刀魚を竜田揚げにして、なめ茸おろしとポン酢で合わせました。

続いてご紹介するのは、「ごぼうとさつまいものチップス」です。ごぼうとさつまいものチップスに、山椒塩、西京味噌ソースを添えておりますので、お好みでつけてお召し上がりください。パリパリ食感がクセになり、お菓子感覚で気軽にお召し上がりいただけます。
