はじめにご紹介するのは、冬に欠かせない「鍋料理」です。こちらは「濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋」になります。鶏肉、軟骨入りつくね、白身魚も入った具だくさんの鍋を囲んで食事を満喫してください。あっさりなのに濃厚な白湯仕立てのスープが後を引きます。
