It is the season for delicious sake! We have prepared a selection of both shochu and sake! | Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho

Hello, this is Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho. This is Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho.

Winter is finally here! Many types of seafood are in season as the cold weather sets in, including cod, flounder, yellowtail, flatfish, and oysters, to name just a few. We all want to eat such in-season fish as sashimi! Many people would like to enjoy sashimi with sake or shochu to accompany it. Our shochu lineup consists of more than 50 varieties! We also have many popular brands of sake. We would like to introduce you to our special sake lineup.

The sake list is well-balanced and includes everything from the famous Kagatobi sake to the standard Hakkaisan!

Our sake lineup includes a good selection of popular brands! In addition to standard sake brands such as "Hakkaisan," "Urakasumi," and "Ichinokura," we also have "Kagatobi," a sake from Kaga that has recently experienced a surge in popularity. The name "Kaga Tobi" comes from a steeplejack who was active as a volunteer fireman in Kanazawa during the Edo period (1603-1868). We recommend the "Kaisen-Osashimi" dish, which allows you to fully enjoy seasonal fish, to accompany this excellent sake. You can enjoy rare fish that rarely come to market and seasonal fish that are not often served as sashimi.

We boast a lineup of more than 50 types of shochu, including premier shochu!

Our store, Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho, is one of the few places where you can drink Mitake, a precious shochu that is rarely sold on the market due to the very small amount produced annually. This authentic shochu is brewed on Yakushima Island, one of the most famous water sources in Japan, which has been selected as one of the 100 best water sources in Japan. They also have a rare shiso shochu called "Tantakatan. The popular "5 assorted domestic skewers" goes perfectly with shochu. Please enjoy the exquisite combination of delicious skewers and shochu.

We have a large selection of non-Japanese Sake! If you want to enjoy sake, please come to our restaurant!

Of course, we also have a large selection of other alcoholic beverages such as beer and sours. Please come to our restaurant when you want to have a drink! Our staff looks forward to serving you.
