Our restaurant offers a full lineup of nabe courses, including the "Hybrid Pork Ginger Soy Milk Nabe Course," which uses Alt Pork, the highest quality pork for Japanese people, as well as "Motsunabe" and "Chicken Nabe! In this issue, we would like to introduce our signature nabe course.
