There are many kinds of alcohol such as beer, shochu, highballs, wine, and sake, and it is fun to be able to choose according to one's mood and food. You may feel good and end up drinking too much, but don't you want something to go with your alcoholic beverage? To get drunk comfortably and deliciously, you need to have some snacks. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our recommended items!

Dashi maki tamago (egg rolled in broth made from fresh snow)

The dashimaki tamago, available only in winter, is made with fresh snow. Instead of the lightness of grated daikon, it is soft and fluffy with an egg-white starchy sauce. The dashimaki tamago is sure to be enhanced with hot sake or shochu (Japanese liquor) or hot water. You can also make dashimaki tamago at home, but be sure to try the richness that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant. If you prefer sake, try "Hakusetsu" to enjoy it in a way only possible in winter.

Cheese mentaiko potato butter

The combination of the delicious potato, mentaiko (seasoned cod roe), and butter is a killer! The rich texture alternates with the refreshing beer that goes down your throat, making it hard to stop eating and drinking. It also goes well with Rakura's sours, including the popular fresh lemon sour, fresh kiwi, and fresh grapefruit!

There are also many other knobs that will make your chopsticks stop. Please come and enjoy them, whether you are a drinker or not!
