We have a selection of alcoholic beverages including beer, sake, wine, and sours.

In this issue, we introduce "Hakudake Shiro" from among the shochu.

About "Hakudake Shiro

Winner of the Monde Selection 2018 Gold Prize, this rice shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.

Mild mouthfeel.

I hear that rock, watered down, and highball are delicious ways to drink it.

It has no peculiarities, so it is a food wine that goes well with all kinds of food.

We serve by the glass.

Hakudake Shiro" is available by the glass for 626 yen (tax included).

How about enjoying a meal at Hakudake Shiro, which goes well with a variety of dishes?

Everyone loves "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago" (691 yen/tax included)

The "chilled tofu covered with condiments" (572 yen/tax incl.) is served with a heaping helping of condiments.
