I don't like shochu because I feel its alcohol content is too strong.…Even those who are not familiar with shochu can enjoy Kitan with no worries. Made from the aromatic red perilla, Shiso Shochu, Kakotan has a completely different flavor from ordinary potato shochu. Its refreshing flavor overturns the image of shochu and is recommended for both during and after meals.
