Three types of sashimi are available: "Five special sashimi," "Three special sashimi," and "Sashimi of the day.

Dried hokke (hokke) overnight is a standard item on izakaya menus, but it is also very popular at our restaurant.
The meat is packed tightly and thick, and the crunchy texture and exquisite flavor are irresistible.

The more you chew, the more flavorful the squid becomes.

The "Aburi-Sashimi Saba" menu item here is a moist, juicy, seared vinegared mackerel that is delicious even when eaten as is.
