当店のメニューの中でも人気の高いメニューに「もつ鍋」があります。

もつは高カロリーと思われがちですが、実はとても低カロリーで、しかも栄養も満点で美容効果も高いといわれています。

コラーゲンたっぷりのもつ鍋を食べて、プルプルの肌になりませんか？

今回は当店のもつ鍋を2種類、ご紹介いたします。

栄養満点！「白もつ鍋」

・白もつ鍋(2人前から)　1人前　1,501円(税込)

白もつ鍋のもつには、豊富に各種ビタミンやコラーゲンが含まれています。

他のお肉とは栄養分の割合が少し異なるので、普段あまり摂取出来ない栄養を補うのにちょうどいいかも知れません。

具材にネギ、ニラ、しめじ、えのきなどふんだんに盛り込んでいるので、食べ応えにはご満足いただけること間違いなし。

味噌ベースでニンニクが効いていて、新鮮なもつはプリプリとして大きいです。

最後の〆に、ご飯やラーメン、うどんを入れれば、最後まで白もつ鍋をお楽しみいただけます。

スパイシーなピリ辛がベースになっていて、新陳代謝も良くなります。

牛もつ、ニラ、野菜などの豊富な具材で、栄養のバランスも抜群です。

しっかりと牛もつの旨味が出た味わいになっています。

台湾スープのベースは、〆の雑炊やラーメン、うどんなどでお召し上がっていただくのもおすすめです。
