A lineup that hits all the right spots

Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho offers a variety of popular shochu brands. Among sweetpotato shochu, "Kurokirishima" from Miyazaki, "Tominohozan" from Kagoshima, and "Mitake" from Yakushima are considered standard among shochu lovers, and they are refreshing but have a strong sweetpotato flavor. There is also "Ikkokuja", which uses sweetpotato malted rice and is made with 100% sweetpotato.

The barley shochu "Nanjakanja" from Kumamoto has a sharp taste, while "Enma" from Oita has a mellow taste that belies its name. We also have rice shochu, brown sugar shochu, awamori, and shiso shochu.

Other than shochu

A variety of sake is available, including the famous Kanazawa sake "Kagatobi" and "Hakkaisan".
