Today we are going to drink! When you say, "I'm going to drink today!", what is important is the snacks you order. For beer and shochu, yakitori is a good choice. For sake, sashimi is also an ideal accompaniment. For such customers, we have prepared a wide variety of snacks that go well with both yakitori, sashimi, and other standard items, as well as our own original dishes.

Start with our signature yakitori.

Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho is a genuine aburi dining restaurant. We hope you will try our assortment of grilled skewers first. For example, the five-piece platter includes a combination of "momo, negima, shiro motsu, chicken skin, and liver," with a choice of salt or tare sauce. We also bring "gizzards," "hearts," and "bonjiri," all domestically produced chicken meat seared just right. Tsukune with cartilage is recommended to be ordered with egg yolk.

A variety of sashimi and other dishes

After drinking beer or shochu with yakitori and sake, many of you may be craving sashimi. At our restaurant, we serve sashimi made from seasonal fish in a variety of brightly colored dishes. In addition, we also offer the usual edamame and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), as well as the oddities such as "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu" and "Avocado Carpaccio with Hijiki Cheese Dressing".
