Hello, this is Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho.

「今日は飲むぞ！」というとき、大事なのは一緒に頼むおつまみです。ビールや焼酎ならやはり焼き鳥でしょうか。日本酒にはお刺身も合わせたいところ。そんなお客様に向け、当店では焼き鳥やお刺身といった定番から当店ならではの創作料理まで、いずれもお酒によく合うおつまみを多数ご用意しています。

まずは当店自慢の焼き鳥を

楽蔵うたげ 有楽町店は本格炙りダイニングです。まずは串焼きの盛り合わせをお試しいただけたらと思います。例えば5本の盛り合わせの場合は『もも・ねぎま・白モツ・鶏皮・レバー』などの組み合わせで、塩・タレからお選びいただけます。『砂肝』『ハツ』『ぼんじり』などもすべて国産の鶏肉を程よく炙ってお持ちいたします。軟骨入りのつくねは卵黄と一緒にご注文いただくのがおすすめです。

お造りなども充実

焼き鳥でビールや焼酎を飲んだら次は日本酒、となるとお刺身が欲しくなる方も多いのではないでしょうか。当店では旬の魚をいろどりも鮮やかに盛合せたお造りをお出ししています。そのほか、定番の枝豆や出汁巻玉子、変わり種では『北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え』や『アボカドのカルパッチョ　ひじきチーズドレッシング』などもお試しいただきたいと思っています。

お酒も豊富に取りそろえています。それぞれの相性もありますので、ぜひいろいろと飲み比べ、食べ比べしてみてください。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea. Private rooms with a relaxed atmosphere are available for important occasions such as meetings with important persons, business associates, and business partners, along with a wide variety of all-you-can-drink options. We have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all-you-can-drink. We are especially proud of our shochu selection.
