Daisen-dori," or "Daisen chicken," is a nationally famous chicken from Tottori, which grows at the foot of Daisen Mountain in the San-in region, where famous spring water is nurtured.

By feeding only Daisen-dori chicken with special feed, we are able to provide the chicken with just the right amount of fat and flavor. The chicken meat produced by our unique processing method has no odor and is well received by our customers.
