Hello, this is Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho.

We are very particular about all of our ingredients and soy sauce. Today, we would like to introduce to you some of the things we are proud of.

 

Mild soy sauce flavor is determined by water and salt

It is said that the taste of soy sauce makes a big difference in how you feel after eating fresh seafood. We make our soy sauce using water from the Hakkouda Federation and mix it with salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site. Our soy sauce has a very mild taste that enhances the flavor of fresh seafood. This is the secret of the delicious taste of our carefully selected soy sauce.

Three types of sashimi are available: "Special three-piece sashimi platter", "Special five-piece sashimi platter", and "Today's sashimi" recommended by the chef based on the day's procurement. Please ask our staff for details.

 

Our specialty, skewers made with domestic chickens, are exquisite!

All yakitori served at our restaurant is made exclusively from domestic chicken meat. Yakitori served with exquisite grilling conditions is a perfect match with sake or beer. We offer a wide variety of skewers that can be ordered from a single skewer, including the "Assorted 5 Japanese Domestic Kushiyaki Skewers," an assortment of popular skewers such as momo, negima, shiro motsu, chicken skin, and liver.

Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea.
