You may have decided to start with potato salad. It is easy to eat, comes out quickly, and is a classic dish to start with.

This "Seared Potato Salad with Tuna & Bacon" is a twist on the usual potato salad. The potato has a smooth texture, and of course, the tuna gives it a rich flavor. The bacon, which has been seared to give it a savory flavor, adds a very nice accent to the dish.
