「赤身らしさ」を味わえるステーキ！

こちらの「国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ」は、国産A4和牛のもも肉を焼き加減もちょうど良く、ステーキに仕上げた季節限定の逸品です。噛んだ瞬間に口の中でいっぱいに広がる肉汁と旨味がたまりません。赤身の醍醐味を存分に味わっていただける上に、後味が意外にさっぱりしているのもポイントです。

ビールやハイボール、サワーなどと合わせるのも良いですね。

旨味もあふれ味わい深い中落ちカルビ、食べごたえのある特選豚、柔らかくジューシーな若鳥、と3種を一皿で食べ比べできるのが、何と言っても魅力。それぞれの特徴を味わいつつ、芋焼酎などと合わせると、なおいっそう美味しく召し上がれますよ。
