お揚げもじゃこも豆腐も、みんな入っている！

「こんがりお揚げとじゃこの豆腐サラダ」は、見た目もボリューム感満点。

こんがりとしたお揚げの香ばしさと歯触りが絶品ですよ。じゃこのほどよい塩加減とシャキシャキ野菜の相性も抜群です。さらに豆腐入りだから、栄養面でもバランスが取れていて、とってもヘルシーな仕上がり。箸休めとしても最適ですよ。

こちらの「まるごと冷やしトマト　～セロリ塩を添えて～」は、トマトを丸ごと使っている上に、ひんやりとした食感も楽しめ、なんとも涼し気な一皿です。添えられた風味豊かなセロリ塩がまたいい仕事していますよ。

抗酸化作用もあるリコピンもたっぷりで、健康に気を遣う方にもおすすめ。体が思わず喜ぶお料理です。
