しっかりした出汁の美味しさを味わい方には、こちらの「あごだし豆腐」がおすすめです。

あごだしの洗練された上品な味わい、豊かなコクを楽しんでいただけますよ。具材の豆腐などにも出汁の特徴がたっぷりしみ込んで、たとえば日本酒と合わせると、いっそう美味しさが感じられます。

香ばしさもプラス！さつま揚げの炙り！

「手作りさつま揚げの炙り」は、手作りの上に炙りのひと手間を加えて、香ばしさまで味わえる逸品です。
