脂がのって柔らかい　特選牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近の中であまり動すことのない部位にあたるため、独特の食感・柔らかさが特徴です。しっかりと脂がのっているのにしつこくない特製ステーキを、おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをからめて召し上がってください。1,190円（税抜）でご提供しております。

食べ応え十分の厚切りで　牛タンの炙り焼き

牛タンならではのお肉の旨みがしっかりと楽しめるよう、当店では厚切りにした炙り焼きをご用意しております。サクッと噛み切れる牛タンは、当店自慢のメニューです。1,390円（税抜）でご提供しております。

ビールがすすむ鶏料理　国産親鳥の黒焼き

唐揚げなどに使われる柔らかさとジューシーさが特徴の若鶏に比べ、親鳥のお肉は身が締まっていて脂肪が少ないのが特徴です。硬めのお肉はしっかりと食べ応えがありますよ。噛むほどにお肉の旨みも感じることができますので、赤身肉好きの方にもおすすめです。890円（税抜）でご提供しております。
