Tender and fatty steak of specially selected beef meatballs

Beef tendon is a rare part of the body, and only about 3 kg of it can be obtained from a single cow. It is a part of the shoulder blade that is rarely moved, so it has a unique texture and tenderness. The steak is served with grated onion and apple sauce. 1,190 yen (excluding tax).

To ensure that you can fully enjoy the unique flavor of beef tongue, we prepare it in thick slices and grill it. The crispy, chewy beef tongue is our specialty, and is available for 1,390 yen (excluding tax).
