Hello, this is Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho Ekimae Branch (Ginza).

当店では、1年中オーダーしていただけるメニューのほかに、期間限定で旬の食材を使ったメニューをご用意しております。今年も秋のメニューが出揃いましたが、もうお召し上がりいただけましたか？

今回は、秋限定のメニューのなかからいくつかピックアップしてご紹介いたします。

脂ののったさばをお刺身で！

さばといえば、〆さばや焼きさば、味噌煮、竜田揚げなどをイメージする方も多いかもしれません。当店では鮮度抜群のさばを仕入れており、なんと「お刺身」でお召しあがりいただけます。

この時期のさばは、1年のうちで1番脂がのったとびきりに美味しい状態です。口に入れた瞬間にふわりと口に広がる甘みのある脂は、魚好きの方にはたまらないのではないでしょうか。「長崎沖　真さばのお刺身」をキリリと冷えた日本酒と一緒にぜひどうぞ。

ホイルを開けた瞬間の香りがたまらない

「炙りはんぺんと茸のホイル焼き」は、肌寒い日のお食事にぴったりのお料理。ホイルで包んでいるため、茸の香りを余すことなくお楽しみいただけますよ。バター醤油の風味が食欲をそそり、ビールを持つ手が止まりません。

炙ったはんぺんはふうわりとして、口の中でとろけます。茸の歯ごたえとのコントラストもお楽しみくださいね。

スイーツメニューもお忘れなく！

期間限定メニューは、お食事メニューだけでなくスイーツメニューにも登場しています。「スイートポテトタルト」は、優しい甘みとしっかりとした食べごたえが楽しめる一品。はちみつとカスタードを加えた本格スイーツです。お食事の〆としてもおすすめですよ。

Private rooms with a relaxed atmosphere are available for important occasions such as meetings with important persons, business associates, and business partners, along with a wide variety of all-you-can-drink options. We have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all-you-can-drink. We are especially proud of our shochu selection.
