Water determines the taste of soy sauce. Rakura's signature soy sauce is made using subsoil water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site. The mild taste of the soy sauce enhances the flavor of the fish. We hope you will enjoy our sashimi with our special soy sauce when you visit our restaurant. Try our sashimi with sake.
