January has quickly entered its third week, how is everyone doing?

It is said that "what's in season is in season." Do you enjoy seasonal ingredients and dishes unique to the season? Our restaurant offers a recommended menu for each season, and we have prepared a recommended menu for this winter as well.

Today, we would like to introduce a few selections from our seasonal menu.

A one-pot dish perfect for winter!

Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)

The first item we will introduce is a hot pot dish "Yose-konabe of thick white hot water" perfect for the cold season. It is full of the flavor of the ingredients! This is a hot pot dish made of thick Hakyu (Japanese soup). On a cold day, please warm yourself up with a hot nabe dish at our restaurant.

The seven plants of the New Year are "seri" (Japanese parsley)

Seared duck in a seri pot / 1,290 yen (tax excluded)

The next dish to be introduced is also a nabe dish, but this time it is a nabe using the seasonal ingredient "Seri" (Japanese parsley). Seri" is also well-known for "Nanakusa-gayu," a seven herb soup eaten during the New Year's holiday. If you were not able to enjoy Nanakusa-gayu during the New Year's holiday, please try our "Seri Nabe with Seared Duck". We also offer additional menu items to finish off your meal, such as "Zosui Set (rice porridge set) / 690 yen (excluding tax)" and "Ramen Udon (noodle soup) / 200 yen (excluding tax).
