Many people consider sashimi an indispensable accompaniment to sake and shochu. In order to make your sashimi even more delicious, we have prepared a "special soy sauce" for you.

It is said that the taste of soy sauce is determined by water. Rakura uses subsoil water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site. The result is a mild-tasting soy sauce.
