Daisen Dori" is said to be safe and secure. We offer yakitori (grilled chicken) from "Daisen Dori" that has been raised stress-free in the clean air and water at the foot of Mount Daisen, where the nature is abundant. Fresh "Daisen Tori" is fatty and full of nutrients! Please enjoy the juices that overflow from the meat as you eat it.
