Vegetable] Pintxos of Jamon Serrano and kuwai, pumpkin salad with salmon and hijiki, konnyaku tsukemen (Japanese noodles with konnyaku sauce)

Green Salad with Bacon and Cottage Cheese

Boiled edamame (soybeans)

Sashimi] Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi

Red Fish and Japanese Common Squid with Nanban Tartar

Grilled pork with grated onion and soy sauce

Chirashi-zushi with cold yellowtail and pickled radish

Today's dessert

The appetizers that are perfect for the toast menu include "Pinchos of Jamon Serrano and Klui". Afterwards, enjoy "Chirashi Sushi with Yellowtail and Pickled Sawaan", which is a great way to savor the seasonal ingredient "Kamburi (yellowtail)", followed by salad, sashimi, meat and fish dishes.
