If you are looking for a shippy sake drink, how about some sashimi? Our restaurant offers a variety of fresh seasonal sashimi to accompany your sake. In addition to "today's sashimi," which allows you to enjoy the day's recommendation, we also offer specially selected three-piece and five-piece platters!

For better taste, please use our special soy sauce.

What's kotsukotsu soy sauce?

Soy sauce enhances the flavor of sashimi. Everyone uses soy sauce when eating sashimi, don't they? At our restaurant, we prepare "Kochi Shoyu", a mild-tasting soy sauce made from underground water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site.
