昨年元号も変わり、令和初の記念すべき冬となった今シーズン。皆さん冬を満喫できましたか？冬ならではのレジャーを楽しむ方もいれば、冬が旬の食材や、冬ならではの料理を楽しまれた方も少なくないはず。

本日は、当店がこの冬ご提供している「冬のおすすめメニュー」をご紹介いたします。

冬が旬のセリをたっぷり召し上がれ

炙り鴨のセリ鍋/1,290円（税抜）

セリというと七草がゆでお馴染みですが、当店では炙り鴨と一緒にお召し上がりいただく「炙り鴨のセリ鍋」をご用意しました。セリの他に豆苗もたっぷりお召し上がりいただけます。ぜひ寒い日は、セリ鍋をご堪能下さいね。

お酒のお供にぴったりのセロリのおつまみをご用意しました。ラー油のピリ辛とレモンの爽やかな風味が絶妙にマッチした逸品です。箸がすすむおすすめの逸品をどうぞお召し上がりください。

「りゅうきゅう」とは、胡麻醤油漬けにしたブリのお刺身で、大分の郷土料理です。当店では、オリジナルの練り胡麻で風味豊かに仕上げました。ぜひご賞味ください。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea.
