Today is Setsubun! Not a few people will be doing mamemaki (bean-throwing ceremony) or enjoying ehomaki (rolls wrapped in ehoumaki, a traditional Japanese food made with soybeans).

Vegetable] Mentaiko Potato Salad with Tofu Isobe-age, Chicken and Chinese cabbage with ponzu sauce, Spinach with nori and Dashi-maki Tamago (Japanese soup stock rolled egg)

Deep-fried white fish and radish in batter with yuzu bean paste
