This is the "Meat Enjoyment Course" which allows you to enjoy a total of 8 dishes. From appetizers to after-dinner desserts, there is plenty to choose from! For the main course, we have prepared "Beef Kainomi Steak". The kainomi, which is the so-called "belly" of the beef, is similar to the fillet. It is an exquisite part of beef that combines the unique flavor of the ribs (lean meat) and the softness of the fillet. Please enjoy the soft and juicy steak.
