Welcome to the year 2021. We look forward to working with you again this year.

The cold weather is getting colder by the day, and what we miss at such times is a warm one-pot meal. In winter, you may enjoy hot pot dishes at home.

Our restaurant offers a seasonal menu with seasonal recommendations, and today we would like to introduce a warm nabe dish from our menu.

Please enjoy the white soup in which the flavor melts into the soup.

Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)

The first hot nabe dish is "Yose-konabe", a small pot of thick Hakucho hot water soaked with the flavor of the ingredients. After tasting the plentiful vegetables, meat, and other ingredients, please enjoy your choice of a finale (zosui, ramen, or udon noodles).

Seared duck in a seri pot (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)

Next up is this Seared Duck Seri Nabe. Seri is also used in rice porridge with seven herbs, and in nabe dishes, it removes the smell of meat! Enjoy the crispy texture of seri and seared duck. It is a dish that will warm you up.
