魚の炙りは、写真の「赤魚の西京焼き」をはじめ、居酒屋定番のひとつ「ホッケの一夜干し」や希少なカマがお召し上がりいただける「本日のカマ焼き」などをご用意しております。ふっくらと焼けた身を味わいながらお酒をお楽しみください。

牛タンの炙り焼き／1,529円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、肉の炙り料理です。写真は嚙めば嚙むほど旨味が広がる「牛タンの炙り焼き」になります。食べごたえがある肉料理は、ほかにも「US産中落ちカルビのサイコロステーキ」や「大山どり もも肉と国産親鳥の黒焼きミックス」をご用意しております。
