はじめにご紹介するのは、居酒屋メニューとしてもご提供している、鳥取の地鶏「大山どり」を使用した串焼きです。ジューシーで食べごたえのある串焼きを職人が一本一本丁寧に焼き上げました。ぜひお召し上がりください。
