ご紹介するのは、一頭の牛からわずか数キロしかとれない希少部位「ミスジ」をご堪能いただける「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」です。肩甲骨の内側に位置するミスジは、あまり動かさない部分となるため、柔らかく適度にサシが入っています。柔らかく肉の旨味をじっくりご堪能いただける逸品をぜひご賞味ください。
