当店は、海の幸・山の幸を使用したお酒によく合う創作和食をご用意しております。本日は、お酒のお供におすすめしたい魚料理・肉料理をご紹介いたします。

はじめにご紹介するのは、魚の炙り料理です。居酒屋定番の「ホッケの一夜干し」は、くせが少なくお召し上がりいただきやすい魚です。ふっくらと焼けた身を味わいながらお酒をお楽しみください。また、その日おすすめのカマがご堪能いただける「本日のカマ焼き」もご用意しております。カマ焼きの内容については、ご来店の際にスタッフへお尋ねください。

続いてご紹介するのは、肉料理です。当店では、一頭の牛からわずか2～3キロほどしかとれない、希少なミスジを使用した「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ」と、一度に牛・豚・鶏の3種の肉の食べ比べをお楽しみいただける「楽蔵の3種肉盛り」をご用意しております。

どちらも食べごたえがあり、ジューシーな肉の旨味を満喫できる逸品です。ぜひご賞味ください。
