Many sake and shochu lovers choose sashimi to accompany their drinks. We also offer a variety of sashimi, including "Today's sashimi / 869 yen (tax included)," which is the recommended dish of the day, but we would like you to try this "Chicken meat tataki". The seafood sashimi also offers the full flavor of the ingredients.

Next up is the "Special beef misuji steak with grated onion and apple sauce," which is not available in limited quantities, but offers a rare part of beef called misuji, which can only be obtained from a single cow. Located on the back side of the shoulder blade, the meat is not moved very often, so it has just the right amount of marbling and a tender texture among arm meats. We hope you enjoy it.
