Have you ever heard of yaitohata? Yaitohata is a member of the grouper family and is a high-class fish, comparable to kuei, which is known as a high-class fish. We have prepared "Yaitohata no takikiawase," a dish that allows you to enjoy Yaitohata to the fullest. The dish is rich in collagen, and the gelatinous texture under the skin is characteristic of this fish. We hope you enjoy it.

The next item on the menu is the "Kuroge Wagyu Red Meat Steak". This is also available as a seasonal menu item for a limited time only.
