Sashimi of sakura shrimps

The clear, bright cherry blossom color makes this sashimi appetizing and flavorful.

Sakuraebi contain high amounts of calcium, copper, and vitamin B1. Since sakura shrimps can be eaten whole, they are an easy way to consume calcium.
