This is the "Daisen Dori Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage" using Daisen Dori, a locally raised chicken from Tottori. The cartilage gives the skewers a crunchy texture that is sure to linger on the palate. Our specialty skewers, carefully grilled one by one, are also available for takeout: "Daisen-dori Negima Skewer 5pcs (sauce or salt) / 1,045 yen (tax included)" and "Daisen-dori Liver Skewer 5pcs (sauce or salt) / 1,045 yen (tax included)".
