Above is the seasonal menu where you can enjoy seafood. The "Medai no Kombujime - Yakumi Wariage (Sea bream with kombu)," which enhances the delicate flavor of medai with the gentle taste of kombu, is a perfect accompaniment for shippori-no-yakimari! Also, the "Deep-fried Shiba Prawn" with its rich sweet taste goes well with a variety of drinks, including beer, as well as shippori-shu.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing taste.

Finish with "yakisoba" (fried noodles).
