Our restaurant offers dishes with seasonal ingredients for your enjoyment each season. Today, we would like to introduce several items from our seasonal menu.

Eggplant in season in autumn

Kumamoto higo masaaki grilled eggplant with meat miso / 605 yen (tax included)

Eggplant is considered a summer vegetable, but this gem is made from higomurasaki, which is harvested twice a year (February to June and September to November). The skin and pulp of higo mohurasaki are so soft and juicy that they can be eaten raw. The Higo mrasaki is topped with a generous amount of sweet and spicy meat miso. It is an excellent dish that goes well with alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.

Sashimi of returning bonito / 979 yen (tax included)

Next, we will introduce a seafood dish that is a perfect accompaniment to sake or shochu: "Sashimi of the returning bonito. The fatty bonito is lightly seared. The more you chew, the more the flavor trapped by the searing process spreads in your mouth. Please enjoy the texture of the fish as you eat it.
