Autumn has come to an end, and I hope everyone has enjoyed the autumn flavors and appetites. At our restaurant, we offer courses that allow you to enjoy dishes using seasonal ingredients. The "Seasonal Creation Course" includes a total of 8 dishes, starting with "Seasonal Appetizer Platter" and ending with "Today's Dessert" after dinner. The "Chirashi Sushi with Akitogi and Nozawana" using seasonal Akitogi fish will also be available.

The "Japanese-Western Fusion Course" features a succession of dishes using gorgeous ingredients such as Japanese black beef, oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture, and sea bream.
