The first item we introduce is sashimi, a perfect accompaniment to sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages. We offer a wide variety of sashimi for your enjoyment when you visit our restaurant. You can take your time to savor the flavor of each ingredient. It is the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing drink.

Dried hokke overnight / 869 yen (tax included)

The next item on the menu is "hokke no ichiboshi" (dried hokke), which is seared and enjoyed overnight. This is also a standard izakaya menu item, and many of you may like it. One bite of the plumped up meat will spread the flavor of the hokke with a savory aroma.
