Our recommendation for seared meat is the "Special beef miseji steak with grated onion and apple sauce" (1,529 yen (tax included)), which allows you to enjoy the miseji that can only be obtained from a single cow, and our recommendation for fried food is the "Deep-fried young chicken with tatsuta sauce" (759 yen (tax included)).
