当店では、ビールやワインなど、さまざまなお酒によく合う肉料理を取り揃えています。写真は、一頭の牛からわずかしかとれない、希少なミスジがご堪能いただけるステーキになります。肉そのものの旨味はもちろん、ソースが肉の旨味をさらに引き立ててくれます。
