Sashimi of Mizunasu eggplant / 759 yen (tax included)

First, we would like to introduce a sashimi dish that allows you to enjoy the freshness of mizu-aubergine. The flavor of the broth spreads out as soon as you take a bite of the eggplant, which is instantly marinated in white soup stock. We hope you will enjoy it.

Vinegared boiled conger eel and Sanriku wakame seaweed / 649 yen (tax included)

Next, we will introduce a vinegared dish that combines firm and crunchy wakame seaweed with flavorful conger eel. The refreshing taste makes it a perfect summer dish. Please enjoy it with sake.
