はじめにご紹介するのは、みずみずしい水茄子が楽しめるお刺身です。白出汁で瞬間漬けにした水茄子を一口お召し上がりいただくと、出汁の風味がふわっと広がり、箸が進む方は少なくないはず。ぜひご賞味ください。

煮穴子と三陸産わかめの酢の物／649円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、しっかり歯ごたえがあるわかめと旨味たっぷりの穴子を合わせた酢の物です。さっぱりとした味わいで、夏にぴったりのメニューになります。ぜひお酒と共にお召し上がりください。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea. Private rooms with a relaxed atmosphere are available for important occasions such as meetings with important persons, business associates, and business partners, along with a wide variety of all-you-can-drink options. We have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all-you-can-drink. We are especially proud of our shochu selection.
