Many of you must be feeling the change of season in earnest from September, when you felt the lingering summer heat, to October. Autumn is the season of appetite! Therefore, we have prepared a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" for those who wish to enjoy dishes that reflect the season.

The menu changes seasonally and the fall menu is currently available. Please take this opportunity to try it. Today, we will introduce a selection from the "Seasonal Menu".

First up is the bonito tataki, recommended for seafood lovers. Freshly caught bonito is seared with a savory flavor. We hope you will take the time to enjoy the deliciousness of the bonito that is packed with flavor. We recommend this dish to be paired with sake or shochu.

The next item we will introduce is the seared large eggplant from Kumamoto Prefecture, which can grow to 40 to 50 centimeters in length when large. The eggplant has a high water content, and when it is roasted, it has a savory aroma, a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a sweet taste. Its flavor will surely make your chopsticks go faster. Please enjoy it with sake.
