皆さん海鮮の炙りはお好きですか？当店では、海鮮の炙り料理を各種ご用意しています。お刺身は素材の味をそのまま楽しめる料理なのに対して、炙り料理は、香ばしい香りが素材の旨味をさらに引き立ててくれます。上記は一部になりますが、「本日のカマ焼き」と「鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き」です。
